Welcome to ImpulsTrip. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ImpulsTrip mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by ImpulsTrip (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ImpulsTrip. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

ImpulsTrip may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise community safety.

3. Identity Verification

To promote a safe and trusted community, ImpulsTrip requires users to complete identity verification. This may include submitting a live selfie for face comparison.

Verification is required to access certain features. Failure to complete verification may limit functionality or result in account suspension.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post misleading, harmful, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to bypass safety or verification systems
  • Use the App for unauthorized commercial purposes

ImpulsTrip reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

5.1 ImpulsTrip Premium

ImpulsTrip offers an optional auto-renewable subscription called ImpulsTrip Premium.

Subscription options:

  • Monthly: $4.99 USD
  • Yearly: $49.99 USD

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App before purchase.

5.2 Subscription Features

Premium features may include:

  • Enhanced AI suggestions for trip titles and descriptions
  • Editing of posted trips
  • Premium badge visibility

Availability of features may change over time.

5.3 Auto-Renewal and Billing

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

ImpulsTrip does not directly process payments and does not store payment information.

6. Free Access

ImpulsTrip can be used without a subscription. Premium subscriptions are optional and provide additional features but are not required to access the core functionality of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials within the App are owned by ImpulsTrip or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Termination

ImpulsTrip may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that threatens platform safety.

You may delete your account at any time through the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” ImpulsTrip makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpulsTrip shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ImpulsTrip operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Apple Standard End User License Agreement

Your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference and available at:

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA, Apple’s Standard EULA shall prevail.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
